Stock Availability: 

Cobble Patch Loganlea gives no guarantee that because you previously purchased a landscaping supply material, that material will continue to be available in the future. 

Purchasing and Delivery: 

All delivery information regarding your order, must be included in your shopping cart comments. Delivery instructions, cancellations or any other requirements cannot be altered once your order has been processed and dispatched. 

All delivery address MUST be google maps compatible. If your delivery address is not visible on google maps, we do not accept responsibility for incorrect or late delivery. 

Our couriers are advised to deliver plants to the most accessible, secure and shaded position available. If no such area is available, and our couriers are only able to leave in a public area, then we accept no responsibility for their loss or theft. We strongly advise against purchasing from Cobble Patch Loganlea if you do not have a secure, private area for delivery. 

Generally, landscape supply deliveries are made to the front boundary only. The driver will exercise discretion to determine whether the delivery is made beyond the front boundary if requested by the customer. However, Cobble Patch Loganlea will take no responsibility for damage caused above or below ground. 

Landscaping supply returns: 

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. 

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: 

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it 
• is unsafe  
• doesn’t do what we said it would and can’t be easily fixed.

Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt. 

Terms and conditions are liable to change without notice, and using the Cobble Patch Loganlea website is not permitted unless you agree to these terms.
